Psalm 29:4 “The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.” Recently I had the opportunity to speak at a youth rally in Kansas City at Gospel Light Baptist Church. I was thankful to speak to about 150 young people from several area churches and share what the Lord has done in our lives and His call that still rings out today. I gave a short charge out of this verse on the voice of the Lord. In a world where everything is on high volume demanding my attention, I have to be intentional to listen to the voice of the Lord. His voice is powerful, still calling into His harvest. But, perhaps more than ever, I must listen for His voice. I must be sensitive to His Spirit to do His will each and every day.

The closer we come to our arrival in Brazil, the keen sense of dependence on Him becomes more and more focused. There are so many aspects to our moving that we are asking you to join us in prayer with. We will begin our visa application process here shortly. Please pray that we would be able to get our visas applied for and approved quickly and as smoothly as possible.

So many circumstances continue to enable us to arrive in Brazil this coming February. I had mentioned previously that we had an opportunity to purchase some furniture already there in Brazil. This past week that was moved up to Taubaté and is awaiting our arrival. This has already saved us money and time in purchasing home items when we arrive. Additionally, the Lord has blessed our support. He has also provided us with several more meetings this fall that we were not anticipating, and Lord willing, these will further our support and ability to be effective ministers for Christ here and in Brazil.

We still have 28 meetings between now and the middle of December. Lord willing our travels will take us to Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Indiana. Please continue for the Lord to protect us as we are traveling and that we’d have opportunities to witness, minister, and serve for His honor and glory. It’s hard to believe that we are so close to the finish line on this part of our lives. We could not have done it without your prayers and love. As the Lord has allowed us to go through different situations in life, He has shown us time and time again that He is faithful, in control, and caring for us each step of the way.

Love in Christ,

Keith, Jamie, Lainey, and Clayton Putnam
